Details

  • When: January 18 - 20 Weather
  • Where: One of the developed campgrounds at Ocala National Forest (ONF) (1.5 hour drive) [1]
  • What: Camping at a developed campground (with nearby bathrooms and other facilities)
  • Activites: Camp fire, hiking, Geocaching! See the ONF site for other activities.
  • Price: Fees at developed areas range from $4.00 to $22.00, while primitive and dispersed camping is free. These fees are per site/per night and we'll probably need 2 sites. We'll split the total cost amongst everyone going. We'll also split the price of groceries (see suggested list below). The total cost, including the site and food, will probably be $20-30 per person.
